Mark says that Toy Story killed him. Usually, if something kills you, that’s not a good thing. But you can use the expression “it killed me!” to mean that something moved you, or made you feel a strong emotion.
You can use “it kills me” to talk about pretty much any strong emotion. If watched a really sad movie you can say, “It killed me.” If you heard a hilarious joke you can say, “It killed me.” Or if you want to talk about how much you love Ebaby! you can say “It kills me!”
What movies have you seen lately that have killed you?
