We like drinking tea because it is good for our health. It’s said that drinking oolong tea after meals helps to slim down. And green tea has been proven to be able to prevent cancers. Drink a cup of tea without artificial sweeteners everyday to stay in health.

I love to dring some kinds of tea like limon tea for medicinal purpose, but really I am a coffe person. 

I’m a tea person. As for me drinking tea like a ritual. One of my favorites tea is “Pu Erh”.

It’s one of the healthy tea in the world. It’s protect from cancer, good for digestion and very invigorating tea.

But you should know how to prepare this tea. It’s like a ritual, you shouldn’t do it in a hurry, you need to relax, and have a pleasant time for a drinking tea

yes drinking tea has become a part of my family and also my country people habit.in my family especialy my father .drinking tea with breakfast and also after lunch is a regularly task.we wont eat breakfast with out black tea…i drink tea not only for it tastes but also because drinking tea has a lot of benefits for us :Tea can boost exercise endurance. Scientists have found that the catechins (antioxidants) in green tea extract increase the body’s ability to burn fat as fuel, which accounts for improved muscle endurance/Drinking tea could help reduce the risk of heart attack. Tea might also help protect against cardiovascular and degenerative diseases/Tea is hydrating to the body (even despite the caffeine!).and there are so many reasons that why drinking tea is good for health

In my dad´s site of the family drinking tea is kind of a tradition. Whenever we get together, my grandma is having tea and milk for everybody. So I´m not drinking tea regularly, but I enjoy the tea-and-milk combination every once in a while, because it reminds me of those get togethers:) I also like the iced green tea you get at the gas station:)

In Poland we love tea and drink it every day :)
