when something happens organically, it happens naturally and without much effort or planning and is not forced

2. Use - Learn how the slang is used.

I once had a job where I didn’t feel that I was comfortable. Each day, I felt like I would have to change myself if I wanted to fit in with the corporate culture.
Because I am stubborn and didn’t really want to change, I ended up not staying at that job for very long.
Where I work now, I feel that I fit in very organically. I started off slowly and learned things from day-to-day. It was not forced or unnatural and now I am much happier.

Examples

1. Examples - Hear some example sentences.

“Getting to know my best friend happened very organically. At first we only hung out every once in a while, but we started hanging out every day after a short time.”

“Living in a foreign country allows you to learn the language more organically than in a classroom. You pick little things up every day.”
“I really didn’t need that three weeks training before I started working. I pick things up more easily when I have a chance to learn organically, a little bit every day.”
