A young woman teaching English in Japan was found stripped naked, head shaved, and brutally murdered in a bathtub on the balcony of a student named Tatsuya Ichihashi, in 2007. Ichihashi has still not been caught and could be in any country. The bathtub was filled with a mixture of sand and chemicals to help decompose the body.
